JobSummary :

HealthOPM is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) Office istant &Recruiter to join our Burlington team. This parttimerole is ideal for a PSW looking to transition into anadministrative and recruitmentfocused position.

You will supportthe daytoday operations of our healthcare staffing agency whileplaying a key role in recruitment efforts.

If youre an organizedmultitasker with a background in healthcare this role offers anexciting blend of both office and recruitmentresponsibilities.

KeyResponsibilities :

• istin daily office operations including scheduling record keeping andgeneral office duties.
• Support payrollinvoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
• Participate inthe recruitment process from sourcing candidates to schedulinginterviews.
• Follow up with staff and clients toensure satisfaction.
• Answer phones and respondto inbound care inquiries and messages.
• Helptrain PSWs in software processes.
• Be the firstpoint of contact for clients and staff addressing issues promptlyand professionally.
• Be available for oncallduties at least one day per week afterhours.
