- Responsible for the complete payroll cycle for the plant and administrative area for a total of 400 employees.-Responsible for applying the specific rules of the collective agreement for unionized employees (plant).
- Vacation and time bank management-Coordinated with ADP to ensure timely payroll processing.-Coordination with various managers to ensure payroll accuracy-Set up and monitor communication processes with various internal and external stakeholders-Manage employee advances for insurance and other purposes.
