We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join the team. The Production Supervisor position coordinates the execution of Sechelt’s stripping, mining, processing, stockpiling, and load-out activities in compliance with all health & safety expectations and to achieve maximum operational efficiency.

This position is in Sechelt, BC.

What you’ll be doing :

• Ensure employees, contractors, visitors, and all operations activities comply with all health & safety, environment, and Mines Code requirements
• Perform all required Shiftboss activities as per the Mines Code
• Coordinate execution of stripping, mining, processing, stockpiling, and load-out activities
• Monitor operational activities and coach and direct employees to achieve maximum operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with collective agreement
• Communicate with maintenance department employees to prioritize necessary maintenance activities (both scheduled and unscheduled)
• Communicate with technical services employees to ensure all products are produced, stockpiled, and loaded out to comply with required specifications
