AWS / CES is looking for a Production Supervisor ( Must have Automotive Experience)

About the Role : We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join our team at our Windsor, ON locations. With continuous growth and new requirements across our three plants, we are looking for dynamic individuals to fill these critical roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee production operations, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
• Rotate across three shifts at our main large plant, managing production schedules and workforce.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and union agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Address and resolve employee issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to be firm yet personable.
• Background in plastic injection molding is a strong asset.
• For the main plant : Ability to rotate across three shifts.
• For Plant Three : Steady midnight shift availability with experience in assembly operations preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
