As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and overall success across multiple locations (approximately 13 stores), including retail, lab, and doctor services.

Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer and patient experience while leading and supporting store teams to meet and exceed goals.

You'll play a key role in growing market share and ensuring consistent operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coach and mentor Store Managers to achieve business goals and implement best practices.
  • Manage team performance to ensure targets are consistently met or surpassed.
  • Recruit and hire top talent, ensuring timely placement for all open positions.
  • Build a pipeline of internal and external candidates ready for future roles.
  • Analyze business performance and develop action plans to drive results.
  • Ensure the region meets key performance indicators, focusing on quality and improvement.
  • Manage profits, expenses, and company funds responsibly.
  • Oversee workforce management activities in line with company policies and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure operational execution meets company standards and guidelines.
  • Protect company assets by ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Lead by example, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience in all stores.
  • Support team growth by creating individual development plans and encouraging personal accountability.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to Store Managers.
  • Create an inclusive and inspiring work environment that reflects the company’s values.
  • Implement and maintain approved safety programs.
  • Be available on weekends and evenings as needed to support the business and ensure goals are achieved. Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of multi-unit retail experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving positive results and growth.
  • Strong business, financial, and operational analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%, including weekends, and work in stores during busy periods. Preferred :
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous leadership experience in retail or customer service.
  • Knowledge of optics and merchandising is a plus.
