Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an excellent customer experience.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about our services, products, and processes.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and offering solutions.
• Assist clients with technical issues, guiding them through troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role, preferably in a tech or web design environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
