Proactively assist in the delivery of people deployment and workforce planning solutions using systems and tools such as Profile, Finder, TalentLink, Career Opportunities and the Resource Tracker to enable effective Workforce Planning

Develop a strong understanding of Resource Management, People Deployment and Workforce Planning methodologies

Work in an agile way to support colleagues and peers

Build your knowledge and understanding of portfolio growth plans to be able to provide the business with pragmatic advice on people deployment and resourcing solutions that drive growth and profitability

Share knowledge, best practice and network with your colleagues across the business and Resource Management Function

Influencing colleagues to redeploy them

Discuss roles and opportunities with Associates and Senior Associates

Understand key skills and experience of the workforce

About You

To continue to develop our Resource Management function, we want to attract candidates from varying backgrounds and industries.
