The major function of this position is :

Daily entry of Rx sunglass orders accurately and quickly into Rx Data Entry software.

The essential responsibilities of this position are :

• Accurately and efficiently input all Rx certificate orders into the Rx data entry software. Ensure that all orders are entered into the system to meet customer service goals and deadlines.
• Maintain an average of 6 certificate order entries per hour.
• Review all orders to ensure they are complete and accurate and contact customers as needed to retrieve any missing information.
• Track all inbound certificate orders as they arrive.
• Process all RX Credits and work with accounts as needed reviewing credit guidelines.
• Send back items to accounts that are ineligible for replacement.
• Assist in Data Entry department for absence coverage.

Desired Qualifications :

As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position :

High School graduate, with data entry experience and 1-3 years in customer service / data entry.

Typing speed of 35 wpm or greater.

In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred :

4-5 years of customer service with data entry experience. Typing speed of 35 wpm or greater.
