Essential Duties :

• Support outbound and inbound phone calls for NorthVancouver Nissan.
• Book sales appointments to maximize the salesdepartment availability to sell.
• Follow-up on sales leads ensuring customersare satisfied with their visit.
• Provide customers with a positive experiencethrough excellent service.
• Maintain knowledge of all sales productofferings.
• Working in a process-driven work environmentwith multiple software applications.
• Working with CRM Systems and updating thecustomer database.
• Capture and update customer contactinformation as per establish guidelines.
