Requirements : You will represent The Lunch Bag in the school community andtherefore must be of sound character good nature and sharedvalues.

The ideal person must be ableto read English and follow instructions heating each lunch withgreat care. You must be able to work quickly and withprecision.

Activities

• Loadprepackaged school meals into ovens.
• Turn onoven and heat meals to specific temperature according to HACCPguidelines.
• Unload ovens and distribute lunchesto classrooms.
• Ensure adequate stocklevels.
• Follow and maintain work and cleaningschedule.
• Maintain temperature and cleaningrecords.
• HACCP and Manual Handling Trainingwill beprovided.

Hoursof work : 4 hours work eachday.

Rate ofpay : 13.20 per hour
