Responsibilities :
- Handle service requests via phone and email regarding equipment repairs.
- Generate work orders (WO) via the computer system.
- Prepare quotes for funding approvals, generate invoices, and scan and store documents in the appropriate locations within the computer system.
- Schedule appointments with clients for service and deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls and deliveries.
- Order repair parts for the service department.
- Monitor and follow up on quote approvals and parts orders as necessary.
- Provide backup for Customer Service, when required.
- Provide backup for Shipping and Receiving, when required.
- Adhere to existing procedures and policies.
Requirements :
- Grade 12 or equivalent. Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset.
- Previous experience with scheduling and / or dispatch is required.
- Previous experience with Shipping / Receiving is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, well organized and able to communicate effectively with others.
- Adaptability, versatility, and a positive attitude as a team player.
