We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Mapping Consultant for a100% remote position. The ideal candidate will have deep expertisein ServiceNow Service Mapping Configuration Management and ITOMdiscovery with a solid grasp of infrastructure applicationarchitecture and ITIL processes.

This role involves working closelywith service owners SMEs and the internal ServiceNow developmentteam to ensure seamless service mapping and discovery processes.

Responsibilities :

• Administer the ServiceNow Service Mapping Toolincluding mapping additional businessservices.
• Collaborate with application SMEs togather entrypoint data for key businessapplications.
• Ensure service maps are correctlyaligned with the appropriate services andofferings.
• Identify potential service mappingopportunities from discovered data.
• Workalongside the internal ServiceNow development team to design testand implement new discovery patterns.
• Monitorservice mapping and discovery results addressing any discrepancieswith data owners.
• Maintain the accuracy andintegrity of service mapping across production and nonproductionenvironments.
• Create and manage service mappingdiscovery schedules.
• Periodically review andupdate operational procedures.

MinimumQualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceEngineering or a related field (preferred).
• 7years of experience in configuration management andServiceNow.
• Broad knowledge across networkinfrastructure and application architecture domains with anunderstanding of ITIL processes.
• Proficiency inServiceNow CMDB (CSDM) and ServiceNow ITOM discovery & ServiceMapping.
• Strong JavaScript programmingexperience.
• Familiarity with infrastructuretechnologies such as Windows Server Linux VMware HyperV and networkarchitecture.
• Experience in troubleshooting andresolving credential issues withengineers.
• ServiceNow Service MappingImplementation Certification isrequired.
