New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company is seeking a SharePoint Developer to help our client with migration existing SharePoint 2013 Teamsites to SharePoint Online of low or medium complexity with focus on restructuring and content migration of sites ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities :

• Review the existing process and documentation to familiarize themselves with required tasks, activities and technical considerations with the team lead.
• Provide input into site migration prioritizations (sprints) for team lead.
• Independently perform mass site migrations, including modifying and running scripts to execute the migration process.
• Communicating with team lead, on progress, challenges encountered and escalation of issues
• Participate in weekly sprint planning and review meetings.
• Ongoing support and collaboration with the team leader.

Requirements :

• 5+ years in SharePoint migration, restructuring, or similar content migration projects.
• Proficient in using ShareGate, PowerShell, and Cognillo for SharePoint migrations.
• Ability to identify and resolve migration issues effectively.
• Strong ability to communicate migration progress and escalate issues to team leads.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
