Our client is an established and well-respected builder who is currently looking for an experienced, high-rise Site Superintendent to work on their current Guelph site.

This company has a proven track record and an excellent reputation in the mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings.

The right candidate is a qualified high-rise Site Superintendent who can handle all aspects of running a safe and efficient site.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operation of their Guelph project within the scope of the Site Superintendent, attending meetings, tracking progress, documenting milestone completion.

It is essential that you have Canadian experience and possessing full-cycle high-rise residential projects for a similar firm is a major advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also important to be successful.
