We are hiring for our front desk position. You will work alongside another great team member and have a very busy day ahead, and feel fabulous at the end of it.

Answering phones, reaching out to clients, checking them in and out, explaining services, selling memberships will all be part of your day, as well as lots of other duties.

Trust us when we say you are needed and depended upon, so being reliable is an absolute must. The successful candidate will also be fully committed to the position, not just punching a time clock.

Being engaged is part of delivering great customer service and our clients need this from our team, and our team needs this from each other.

This is a great place to grow and learn, but you must be eager, willing, hungry, and thirsty for it. Yes, we are trying to scare away the faint-hearted.

We are open 7 days a week at 9am and close weeknights at 10pm, Saturdays at 6pm, and Sundays at 8pm. Being able to work a variety of shifts is required for the role.

We offer a commission on membership sales, and product sales, on top of your hourly wage. Part time and full time hours are available.

Advancement is an option as there are always senior responsibilities to be taken over from management, given the demonstration of skills.

• Ideal past experience would be working at a gym or other membership driven environment

Job Duties

• Outreach to clients who haven't been in recently
• Sell Memberships to new clients
• Warmly welcome and greet members / guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper office procedures / file maintenance
• Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the front desk
