Requirements
- 3+ years of store leadership experience in the service sector or other customer-facing industries
- Passion for coaching and developing people to achieve their full potential and exceed sales targets
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the latest technology and trends
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as required
