Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide world-class coaching and mentorship to build and maintain a high-performing team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of store leadership experience in the service sector or other customer-facing industries
  • Passion for coaching and developing people to achieve their full potential and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the latest technology and trends
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as required
