MaxSys Edmonton is currently seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to fill positions as Swamper and General Labourers for our clients in Greater Edmonton.

This is an immediate hiring opportunity with positions available at different locations.Responsibilities :

• Load and unload debris safely and efficiently
• Work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions
• Breakdown and dispose of materials as directed by the supervisor
• Pick up and load a variety of objects from ground level, ensuring safety protocols are followed

Requirements :

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 25 and 60lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Reliable and punctual, able to work in fast-paced environments with a sense of humor
• Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle (not all locations are accessible by public transit)
• Must have Steel Toe Safety Boots (6 high & CSA approved), Hi-Vis vest, work gloves, and weather-appropriate clothing
• Fluent communication skills in English, as required by Federal and Provincial Occupational Health & Safety Standards

Schedule :

• Full-time positions available, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Shift starts at 6 : 15 am, with on-site arrival required by 6 : 00 am
• Wage ranges from $17.25 / hr to $20.69 / hr, based on experience
• Scheduled shifts and on-call shifts are available
