We have a full-time opportunity for aWarehouse Customer Service Representative in our Regina location.The successful candidate will have a great attention to detail,excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Our teamis looking for someone to provide exceptional service to our retailcustomers as well as to support our warehouse team in maintainingthe highest standard in outbound shipping.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist retail customers from first contact tocompletion of transaction as efficiently as possible in a friendlyand professional manner.
  • Answer inbound callsfrom multiple locations in call queue
  • Enterorders via email, phone, fax
  • Dataentry
  • Cash balancing
  • Restocking and maintaining tidy retail area
  • Shipping & Receiving duties, including picking ordersand preparing shipping documents
  • Inventorycounts
  • Assisting other departments anddivisions as needed

Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of customer-servicerelated role experience is preferred
  • 2 years of warehouse experience is stronglypreferred
  • Retail or call center customerservice experience an asset
  • 1 to 2 years standup forklift, reach truck or order picker experience
  • WHMIS and TDG training an asset
  • Musthave strong English comprehension and communication
  • Must be able to work at a height of up to 21 feet abovethe ground (with provided safetyequipment / processes / training)
  • Must possessstrong computer skills, including proficiency in the MicrosoftOffice suite
  • Ability to work well alone andwith a team with minimal supervision
  • Capableof lifting 30lbs
