Position : Wash Attendant

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Perform visual inspections of all vehicles and assess condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the car wash bay
• Efficiently guide vehicles into wash area to provide best possible completion time
• Perform visual inspections in the car wash bay to ensure that all equipment and chemicals are in working order and functioning as designed
• Wash and detail vehicles as part of our service wash team
• Assist in keeping all dealership property clean and organized and ensure dealership effects are kept in their proper place
• Be accessible and polite to guests and coworkers, addressing any guest concerns in a professional manner to ensure positive guest experience
• Maintain safe working environment at all times
• Understand and abide by all policies and procedures and practice compliance of policies and procedures daily and / or as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Your Capabilities and Credentials :

• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's license and be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Must be willing and able to work in all climates of weather
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to analyze, exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
